We use the contact and delivery information you provide to process your order and arrange shipping or pickup. PayPal processes payments; card details are entered in PayPal’s secure fields.

Joining our email list

When you sign up, we store your email, selected interests, consent, and personal welcome code. We use these to provide the first-order offer and the updates you request. Email confirmation activates future updates. If you also request cart reminders, we save your product selections and send up to two reminders for a saved-cart cycle. We use an email delivery service to send those messages.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link in any Jam Good marketing email. Unsubscribing stops future marketing and requests cancellation of outstanding reminders. Order information is kept separately so we can fulfill and support purchases.

Browser storage

Your cart is stored in your browser. When you join the list, a secure cookie connects that browser to your saved-cart preferences. Recovery links contain product selections, never payment details or a saved shipping address.
